One of the best experience we had in Japan. The room with a magnificent balcony with a sea view (we are practically on the beach) is even better in real life than in the photo. Very clean, very well located and above all a special mention for the two ladies who take care of the accommodation. They are adorable and so kind. I highly recommend this magical and timeless place. (A small comment to improve the room would be a small lamp to create a more cozy atmosphere in the evening). Thank you again for everything

We were picked up at the boat and arrived at a beautiful house with a nice room. The roof terrace was fine. There is a separate room for breakfast and for heating your own food. The hostesses were very attentive. The rental of bicycles was arranged at our request. Also on departure the car was ready to take us to the boat. The location is excellent. Thanks for all the concerns.

Great location overlooking water. Appreciated collection and drop-off at ferry terminal. Access to free snacks was a nice touch. Great communal area to prepare meals. Clean and modern. Upstairs deck for sunset was excellent

We loved our cosy accommodation by the sea. The sound of the waves was calming and the view from the rooftop balcony made for a delightful evening and morning. The beds were cosy and the breakfast provided exceeded our expectations. The location made it easy to get around the island and our host ensured we were well looked after. We would definitely recommend this a top choice of where to stay on Naoshima.

This is the perfect place to base yourself if you’re travelling to Naoshima. Super convenient with pick-up from the main ferry port (even though it is probably only a 10-15 minute walk) and we could leave our bags during the course of the next day. Simple breakfast but tasted even better on the balcony overlooking the sea. Stunning island, brilliant host and great stay.

Staff very accommodating and helpful transfers to ferry and helped get into restaurants. View from rooms lovely, short bike ride to museums.

Easy 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal, restaurants, and in the other direction, the art galleries. The bed and pillow the most comfortable during our three week travels in Japan.
