The hotel was of a good standard, staff were lovely including cleaner, restaurant and bar staff. Nothing too much trouble. The rooms very well presented, but my room, room 4, could do with an in depth clean, dust in radiator, spider webs in the ceiling light and over the ceiling. The bathroom was fantastic but needs new grouting in the shower and some work to get rid of mould patches. The bed needs a new mattress. Carpet could benefit from steam clean. But otherwise I was happy about the cleanliness.

we were in room no 7 . we froze all night came home with the cold we were there for the party night , on our arrival there is no reception had to go into the bar and wait for our keys. had to go and ask for a shower mat. we paid £125 for our accommodation and £250 for our party night there is 5 of us. the food was okay but not worth £50. At breakfast was even worse 😫 but for one of the staff when we complained about the heating to be told you were drunk last night. good customer service I don't think too say would we go answer definitely no
