For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 50,000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.Early Departure Fees: Please note that the guests have to confirm the check-out date at the time of check-in. The guest can modify the check-out date and will be charged a 100% retention for the change. If the same is not done at check-in, early departure fees will be applicable. Not applicable for non-refundable rates.Please note that outside food is not allowed in the hotel premises.In light of the current situation, we have implemented enhanced precautionary hygiene measures across our hotel. As per government advisories, certain services may be non-operational. Ambience, service, room amenities, breakfast offer - it really was like entering a world that is stamped with the Taj values. Everything is well thought of, and nothing is delivered without a smile. Huge shoutout to the Concierge team who pulled out all the stops to source and arrange to purchase a specific cosmetic brand for me. It was my last day and the only vendor was in Bandra - owing to the distance and my commitments I couldn't go but Concierge sent a Taj driver to pick it up for me especially. This was above and beyond, and perfectly demonstrated Taj hospitality. Would i stay here again? You bet!

It’s crowded at Reception and looks like a mela always. Breakfast counter is always full and you need to search for alternatives.

I love this hotel and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Mumbai. The hotel is iconic and just lovely. The facilities excellent - the restaurants are all great. The service is outstanding.

The Hotel is an experience in its own right - just magnificent. Every part of the complex and area it is situated is vibrant and lovely. Visited with friends from Australia and we will be back.

the staff were exceptional,, nothing was too much for them. They would check up on the housekeeping etc which was exceptional, we felt very well cared for. The buffet breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, well presented, delicious

The staff at check in didn’t greet us I thought it was because we arrived at 1am but after us a group of British airways crew arrived and they got a welcome We waited at the desk for 20 mins and got sent to our room Not the Taj service we are use to The restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly you did not always get what you ordered
