Please note that all bookings made for 21st, 22nd and 23rd November will be non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport. Please note that the Hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuable left in the guest room. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai court only. Please note that couples are required to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check-in. Please note that the property requires 10% advance of the total reservation amount within 48 hours of the room reservation. The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case the deposit is not made within the time.

Excellent location, just a short distance from Chakala Metro Station. Roadside local eateries are available but should be tried at your own discretion. When we arrived early, the hotel accommodated us with an early check-in. However, the receptionist called in the morning, requesting an early checkout for major electrical repairs.

good sized room. Restaurant was good and chef helped in organizing dinner as my son has allergies to certain foods. Convenient to get to from the terminal 2. Pleasant staff. The metro is opposite the hotel.

The only things I liked were the breakfast and the hotel's location, as the metro and other transportation options are very convenient. You can reach any place from this location without much difficulty, except for dealing with traffic. However, taking the metro during peak hours is a good option to avoid traffic easily.

Staffs were very good and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Best part of the property it is located very close to the airport easy to commute and i got free transfers to airport both pick and drop.

In the center, exactly next to the metro. Like the staff very much as they are very helpful and friendly. Sharik from the reception was very flexible to help me out with luggage and was also allowed to work in lobby after checkout. The room was very clean.

Overall, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast offered a delightful variety of options that catered well to international tastes, making it a pleasant start to our mornings. I would also like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping staff. In particular, Mr. Priyash (forgot his correct name) went above and beyond in ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our experience even more enjoyable.
