Great location, very close the historical park and a night market. I forgot something in the room and my host was so nice to send it all the way to Chiang Mai

Well located near Sukhothai historical park, room clean and well designed with chairs, hanging space and hooks on wall for clothes and so nice to have 2 luggage racks. Friendly welcome and breakfast room (toast and drinks) tidy and clean. Couldn't fault it.

We absolutely loved staying here. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, and helped us to organise our day trip around Sukhothai. The room was lovely and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring the Sukhothai historical park. You couldn't get any closer. Would highly recommend.

Firstly, the location is as good as you can get. Three minutes walk to the entrance gate of the Wats, and about five minutes from the Old Town bus station. The property is clean, quiet and well-maintained. The owners are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough for you. They provide a lot of information on things to do/see, places to eat and drink (although I found my own just by walking along the main street) and can advise on and book onward transport arrangements.

The location is perfect. The host is the epitomy of Thai hospitality. The room and venue are spotlessly clean. The information provided is excellent. The massage for an additional fee was superb and much needed.

Super friendly and lovely host, the room was super clean and comfy, huge fridge and everything was quite nice! Perfect location for a visit of Sukhothai and its old town. Parking directly in front of the hotel. If we come back we would definitely stay here again

So close to Sukhothai Historical Park. Owner provides a very comprehensive binder of everything you need to know. Free tea, coffee and toast - unfortunately the chef was out of commission so couldn’t provide a full breakfast. Lovely room, comfortable beds.

Best location ever! So close to old town Sukhothai, the staff were the sweetest people and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable.
