My stay at the hotel was definitely one of the best, more so because of the friendly staff especially Alessandra and Anna. Both were very helpful with my questions and Anna had provided me with some great tips to utilise my time the best at Cinque Terre. None of the suggestions were offered in any guide book but Anna took her time to understand what I want to do and how long I was staying. The hotel is located a bit away from the centre but this wasn't a problem as there is a shuttle bus from the hotel provided. The rooms as such seemed to be very big. The bathroom was fine but the toilet was located a bit oddly, I am not very tall hence I didn't have an issue but even then I had to sit with my knees angled. I felt bad leaving as the hotel really had a family atmosphere with it. I am definitely going to recommend the hotel.

Property was clean and well maintained, The staff and owner were more than helpful. they made us a late diner, the next morning the breakfast was great, anything you may want for breakfast. they also supplied a shuttle to Monterosso. Made it easy for us to leave our car at the hotel and not have to deal with parking in town. Bathroom was modern and well appointed, great shower. I highly recommend this property.

Great view of the town and coastline below. Rooms very nice and bed was very comfy. The shuttle service, 5 minutes to town, was very handy even though we had a car. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of hot items. All and all a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful varied quality breakfast.Attentive staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The shuttle bus is really efficient and pleasant to use. Communication with the hotel is quick and friendly.

Received a what's app before we arrived to ask what time we would be there and was greated by lovely staff offering a a warm coffee. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. The shuttle taxi was used several times because the hotel is up on the mountains but the shuttle was available different times of the day to take you into montoresso. We also enjoyed the selection of breakfast that was available.

The wonderful host. She is just the most darling and helpful person and the best driver☺️All her staff is so friendly and the service is amazing. Very nice and clean rooms and perfect locations a few minutes drive up in the mountains from Monterosso.
