The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to Menaggio Ferry point, just about 3-5 mins of a walk to the hotel. The only setback was connectivity to prime points at later hours in the evening. The last ferry to get you back to Menaggio from other prime ferry points such as Varenna and Bellagio was 8pm. There are lesser options in terms of restaurants around the hotel, but the hotel has a restaurant and a beautiful outdoor patio and pool that overlooks the lake. Menaggio is less crowded as compared to Varenna and Bellagio and we found the hotel very peaceful and quiet which was just perfect for us.

The view of lake como is absolutely stunning and the doors open up allowing you to overlook its beauty and get some fresh air in the room. Breakfast was also fantastic with a wide selection of food, and the outdoor pool was nice and I imagine even better in the summer.

A great Location, Views overlooking the Lake and into the distant mountain. Loved the room, with balcony and the secured car Parking, maybe a little expensive.

Oh my God, the view from the balcony ... It was amazing!!! Central location, close to everything next to the lake. All the hotel was ok, probably in high-season is more busy in and out, but in October it was very calm. Everything was clean, comfortable - coffee, tea, water in the rom. Breakfast has everything what you need. There is a really good and cheap pizzeria nearby. If one day we come back, definitely will choose it again.

Room was gorgeous . Two balconies in the one room . All we could hear was the water it was so lovely . It’s practically next to the ferry so very convenient. The view out of the room was so lovely we were able to leave our bags the next day after we checked out so we didn’t have to carry them all day which was very helpful

Great location in the centre of Menaggio. Small but really well presented bed room at the back of the property. Only booked it 45 minutes before arriving late at night and they were very helpful and welcoming.

We had a warm welcome when we arrived. The staff were attentive but not intrusive and we never felt rushed. The location is amazing, with beautiful views of the lake and mountains beyond. A lovely choice of foods at breakfast and the opportunity for early or late times. This is a medium sized hotel but had retained it's traditional feel while offering excellent facilities.
