Emergency stay due to car problems. Staff were very accommodating even though it was short notice. The upgrade was a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast was very nice. The location was very accessible as we had traveled from Southern Cross Station. Very friendly helpful staff. Wonderful clean facilities.

Excellent location, very short walk from train station. Surrounded by great range of cafes, restaurants. Good space in room, plus small kitchenette was a bonus. Loved the Library downstairs

Stayed at Alto many of times due to pricing and location as we have been repeat customers , the Hotel though is a bit tired and needs a upgrade .
