About 20 mins walk to the Haram, masjid Nabawi. Staff were very prompt when it came to cleaning the room and changing towels or topping up water bottles. Breakfast was average, not a great choice. Overall it was a good stay.

Room ser service staff not mannered, Wash rooms very very small. Shower area very small, u will touch the booth walls ,very very small. Chance to slip as floor is not tiled Bath hygiene was not up to mark. Beakfast was also not up to the mark as they charging for breakfast.

Location is 10-15 minutes walk from haram. Straight road leads to haram. Parking can be an issue as their parking is closed. Breakfast was quite decent at the next door sister hotel. Staff was helpful.

Best as always, staff behaviour is very good, clean room,washroom and comfy beds. Best breaskfast for all nationalities. All the services are exceptional.
