The privacy and calmness of the area is superb. Away from hustle n bustle. Host was very caring and responsive. I’d choose the listing again if I am not coming with elderly next time.

The apartments are very close to the haram, the main street upon exiting the hotel is "Soultana" street, which goes all the way to the haram. The closest haram parking is Parking #4. The apartment check in was great, the person in charge was available outside upon arrival, the management checked in before hand with us, very prompt and ensured we have arrived safely. The concierge basically arranges everything for you if you are not satisfied with anything, for example, from getting the bags to your apartment to requesting additional towels etc. Everything is on DEMAND and SORTED within 24hrs.

We recently stayed at this apartment in Madina for three nights, and it was a great experience overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and provided all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were cozy, and after long days of exploring the city, it was a relief to come back to a peaceful and well-maintained space. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and places to eat nearby. We appreciated the host’s responsiveness—they were very welcoming and quick to address any questions we had. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madina. Great value for the comfort and convenience offered!

The location was very near to Masjid Nabwi. The road goes straight to Haram parking. It was 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. Parking was easy.
