We had an exceptional stay at Darul Iman Medina. From the moment we checked in, we experienced amazing hospitality from all the hotel staff. The hotel in itself is extremely well maintained and looks very brand new. The room was very clean and spacious as well as the bathroom which was spacious and very clean. The pillows are heavenly soft which was so fortunate as we were getting to sleep in short spurts but still managed to get restful sleeps. The absolute highlight is the location, you step out from the back of the hotel and the haram gate is right in front. Will most definitely stay here again. Thank you to the management for an amazing experience.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was good and the room was clean as well. Had a small issue with door lock but that was fixed immediately as soon as we called the reception. The location of the hotel is in front of the Masjid so it's ideal. We'll done IHG.

the property is a very old building, the facilities wasn’t was I expected the bathroom very ugly and the toilet level of water very high made us feel uncomfortable when we asked the receptionist they send us the plumber, who told us that every guest had same request about toilet and that it normal for them as they didn’t have time to change it because of the busy season

For this hotel, I like everything over there because its just 5 seconds away from the Haram. I booked this hotel because of my mother as she cannot walk as much. So, its like exit the hotel and in next few seconds you will be in Haram near the ladies gate. Breakfast was superb lot of dishes were available the best thing is they tried to include as much they can in breakfast buffet. Its value for money i must say!
