I used to prefer the Hayah Golden Hotel over rest because of its location. The staff is well cooperative. The receptionist and one of their staff Mr Hafeez are praiseworthy, they welcome you with an open heart.

The view from the rooms were of the Haram which was really nice. The location was also really good as the Haram was less than a 5 minute walk.

Parking is Limited, staff were helpful & the location is excellent. the only concern is that cleanliness of the rooms & room service were not very good.

I stayed with my family for like 5 days at this hotel. The staff at the reception was courteous enough to let us check in by 12 pm; otherwise, as per the policy, it was supposed to be by 4 pm. The second good thing was I booked a four-bed room for my family, but it wasnt that spacious where we could keep 4 persons luggage, so I requested them to give us a five-bed room instead, and they upgraded our room without asking for any additional charges. The hotel location is perfect and is about 2-3 mins walk to gate # 320 of Haram (ladies entry).
