Fantastic location, right in front of Masjid e Nabawi gate 338. The front desk staff is very good and flexible. Our checkout time was 12, and they gave us 2 extra hrs for Zohar salah and checkout. The dining area staff is super friendly. The porters are very helpful even though they are overworked and over stressed. You can see how hard they work, Bravooooooooooo. The only drawback is it has only 3 elevators + 1 service elevator, and all of them are quite busy all the time. The hotel should have a minimum of 6 - 8 elevators. Best wishes and keep it up.

Near to masjid Nabvi Parking pathway narrow for large vehicles my expedition touch the side wall and got dent

Abdul Kalaam is a very nice and joyful person. He makes up our room, help with the elevator and attend all queries duly. He also adjusts the cleaning time for us, depending our availability.

The lifts are really bad and had to wait 20 minutes all the time. The only reason why I liked this hotel was because of Absar Uddin who was the housekeeper for the 6th floor. His service was excellent. He always made sure we were well looked after and he treated us like we were family. Thanks to him I enjoyed my stay. If he weren’t there, this hotel would get a low rating. Also please sort out your food at the hotel. All the food is cold but the food for the ‘tour’ is very hot. It does not make the people staying at this hotel feel welcomed at all.

Very near to gate 26. Ideal for single traveler. Money wise very comfortable room and stuffs are good as well.
