The location was excellent. The hotel is straight 4/5 minutes walk from gate 318 through extended area of the Holy masjid at the west side. The hotel is clean; but washroom needs more maintenance. Basic toiletries were provided. 3 lifts are available in the hotel. The staffs are polite and extends help while staying.

The hotel gave us a room with a view (room 601). My children spent their day watching people out the massive full length window and could see the masjid nawabi. I loved the view the most. It literally took us a few minutes to walk to the masjid with kids. The location was perfect for my family. We entered the masjid through gate 318 which is near women’s prayer section. Room itself was nice size, we put the 3 beds together as we had small children. Internet was not always available in the room, was intermittent. Housekeeping were efficient and friendly. We checked out after juhr namaz, they didn’t pressure us to leave early. I loved this hotel, highly recommend them.

Excellent location - literally on grounds of masjid nabwi. Hotel gave us a really nice room view aswell. Throughly enjoyed staying here - would 100% come back. Beautiful view, good clean room and facilities.

Like the hotel so much.its very near masjid nabawi see the masjid through my window. can hear namaz in your room itself.got a suit room which was really amazing. Got to relax on sofa after doing shopping
