The hotel is 25 minutes walk from haram mosque which is practical . Area is clean . Room was clean .bathroom could do better but acceptable . I was late arrival 2 am and did not had any issue

The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is wide and comfortable , good working AC and all what you need present in the room.

Excellent hotel, There is a public bus shuttle to go to HARAM easily every 10 minutes just in front of the hotel, however, the return from Haram is not easy at all, you have to take a taxi or walk for 17 -20 minutes if you are young enough to walk up a small hill and tolerate the hot weather. The station of bus number 8 at HARAM is 6-minutes walk from the entrance of the Holly mosque, When you use the bus from hotel to the holly mosque, take bus number 8 not number 6, because the station of number 6 is 13 minutes far from the HARAM entrance

Everything was perfect, reception staff was good and spoke English. Double room was clean and had all complimentary items needed i.e. toothbrush, toothpaste, comb... Bed was very comfortable and had lovely new pillows.

The hotel was exceptional and the service was excellent. The staff were very kind, in particular the receptionist Mohammed and the receptionist Asim. Thank you very much for the room upgrade. I had a wonderful and comfortable time in this hotel and I would recommend it to everyone.

The room was decent and staff were friendly. They allowed us to have an early check-in and late check-out. They were into details (hot plate, kettle, sent-free soup, comb, and even a shaver).
