Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping is done on daily basis. Staff was coperative. Check In was quick and easy. 5 to 7 minutes walk for a normal person to the Haram entry point. Much better than other economy hotels nearby.

Nice place to stay. Stayed in room 406 for 7 nights. It’s 15 mins walk from Haram, but when busy it takes longer than usual. Hotel is bit old but housekeeping staff works very hard to keep it clean. Mehboob housekeeping supervisor was very helpful. There are many restaurants open all night till sehri.

Had a great experience staying here! The facilities were excellent, and management was always helpful, providing whatever we needed. The location was fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to Haram, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness was impressive, with housekeeping coming daily and leaving ample supplies. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

Very happy the services and very friendly supportive staff. We were very welcomed, we arrived one hour earlier and they offered us very good room immediately. Really appreciated their help.

Service was amazing and it is close to Masjid al Haram and plenty of food and shopping places all nearby - Sultaan at the reception desk was very helpful and also the barrister manager was really helpful
