The staff was very cooperative, and the rooms were good, I would say value for money. The washrooms were clean. We had an issue with one flush staff from reception who gave us a key for another room to use the room or washroom as we feel comfortable. That rooms AC was bit noisy but we did not complain to get help as we did not need that. But they were happy to help whatever possible way they could. Hotel is not very far from main road. There are nearby mosques, grocery shops and laundry as well. Dates and Kehvra (Saudi Tea) is always available at reception. The only thing which need to know is no restaurant is there in the hotel. But if you walk or go towards main road you have plenty of options even Al Baik.

the staff was very helpful and respectful. the location is good, lots of restaurants and shopping facilities nearby, yet in a quiet street. (taxi to the Haram Mosque is not too expensive either ~20sar with Bolt) the room was well equipped, spacious and clean. i had an amazing time here gladly recommend!

The price was very good and the hotel was clean and had good facilities. The free Ramadan shuttle has fixed times for pick up and drop off to and from hotel, but only drops you to Jamarat station and then from there you need to get another bus (pay 8SR approx return) which drops you by Safa/Marwa entrance. Although the hotel is also close to the main road from where you can easily get the Makkah Bus and taxis to Haram.
