Clean facilities, shuttle to and from haram always available during my stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is about 15-18 minutes way from haram depending on your pace.

This hotel is really nice. The room was a decent size, and the location was not too far from the Haram. I traveled during the last 10 days of Ramadan, and the shuttle buses were really reliable, running all the time.

Clean, spacious room (I had the king size room), the staff were friendly and always happy to help. Special thanks to Najla (who was on Suhoor duty in the Restaurant on floor 2, Tower 4) Muzammil for the lovely Pakistani tea, all friendly staff in the restaurant. Brother Abdul Majeed from Laundry service was equally lovely and helpful. Dana on reception allowed me to check in a little earlier and the brother (who’s named I’ve forgotten) allowed me to check out later.
