This was my very first stay at Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba and It has been a smooth experience. Hotel is not far from the Haram new expansion takes 5 to 6 minutes to get there but for elderly people coming back to the hotel slightly harder as its hill you are walking. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mr Abdul Aziz catering Manager, he was trying his best to fulfill customers requirements at the breakfast times. We had an issue with WiFi through out our stay ..we did complaints but the receptionist advisor didn't take any notice and said its over crowded and everyone using WiFi that's why we are facing poor WiFi issue...Really that wasn't professional answer by the hotel receptionist as I have stayed few other hotels and there wasn't any WiFi issue regardless over crowded or less crowded. I personally appreciate the housekeeping team Ali and kawsar ...They are very attentive, hard workers and friendly. Surely this hotel we will consider in our next visit. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

It was close to the kaabah, approximately a 5 minute walk. The rooms and facilities are up there with the clock towers hotels for a fraction of the price. The jarwal bus station is also a 5 minute walk from the hotel to travel to and from the airport. Breakfast options were vast and great. You can get some actual hot water from the showers as well with good water pressure. Something you won’t often find.

The hotel has amazing decor and as soon as you walk in everyday there's complimentary refreshments. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is the best from all the hotels I have stayed in so far. It feels so luxurious. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very polite and friendly. The kids club was available for our children so that was a bonus. And the food at the restaurant was delicious and a big portion. The manager Abdul aziz is very approachable and any queries are dealt with straight away. There's many other facilities available.

Comfortable stay, very close to haram and lesser price than the flagship hotels like Makkah tower. Swiss etc.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The thing I liked the most is their security system. It was splendid. Break was fabulous and the best thing was that they offered the option to include that in our booking. Bathrooms were too good in their interior and utility.

Excellent location, we traveled as family and alhamdulilah loved every bit of stay. The drink theys serve in lobby is excellent. We were able to pray all prayers within property. Kauser and Rasel kept our rooms clean and tidy. Ali is really cooperative for valet service. 10/10 stay wish I could rate it more.

Location - excellent - quite close to the Haram Food - Delicious, wide variety Room - very comfortable bed, excellent shower Staff - very friendly and helpful Facilities - like gym and spa (although only for men at the moment)

I stayed at Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent, very convenient for access to the Haram. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were very polite and helpful. They have a prayer room which is very helpful when you are tired to go to the masjid, you can hear the Al haram masjid imam loud and clear. We did have a minor issue with a sewage smell in the room, but when I reported it to the reception, they responded immediately and resolved the problem, which I really appreciated. Would definitely consider staying here again.
