The hotel is clean and has good staff The location is slightly near on the map to Haram. however, it needs at least 15 to 20 min walking if find the right direction as you can easily get lost. taxi to haram is easy and not expensive but the way back will be

It was clean and nice and room service was very cooperative. Saeed was doing exceptionally good. I left my wallet with all my travel money and passport in the breakfast room and went out, but guys working there gave it to reception and they returned it to me as it was. Highly Appreciated 👌🏻

Location is good with shops around and it's not far from Haram. The front desk staff are extremely helpful. Especially Rawabi and Basil went out of their way to help me with my journey and taking taxi and all sorts. Very polite and very genuine people. Thank you

Basit the manager deserves a huge recognition, he went above and beyond always. Especially when my dad forgot his mobile phone he went above and beyond to makesure we got it back in madinah. Thank you so much Basit. The breakfast was simple and delicious. The hotel was welcoming and smelt lovely. The staff were helpful. Abdullah from house keeping was kind.

The Male staff on the reception was veryprofessional ,welcomingand well mannered . Very helpful guy . Donno his name but i checked in around 15:00 hrs on 16th Dec . Very tidy room . Thehousekeeping young guy from egypt was very good at his job . He needs promotion man ! Highly recommended
