During these 5 days I have seen room service guys only 2 times - walls between rooms are of cardboard or what because I could clearly hear someone talking & snoring in the next room!

The hotel is a bit far but provides free shuttle every 30 minutes. However as it is far it might take somewhere between 10 to 60 minutes to reach haram. Then there is a good walk of 25 minutes to clock tower. Furthermore there are limited entries near hotel.

Everything was exceptional. The distance from Haram is the only concern. However they are offering bus shuttle service.

Although I am satisfied hotel facilities and location there are few aspects such as reception services staff and not so welcoming and not so efficient which cause delays in check in time
