The hotel was absolutely amazing, it was my first time doing ummrah and the hotel and location made everything smooth and easy. I don't know where to start as everything was perfect, the staff were friendly, polite and lovely, the hotel room was clean, spacious and had a home comfort feel. The breakfast was delicious and something I look forward to every morning, yummy karak chai and a fantastic selection of foods. The mall was such an awesome touch to have in the hotel. The hotel staff gifted myself and family a delicious chocolate treat and Arab coffee in our room. To top if off on our last day we were treated with vip breakfast giving us a full view of the kabbah. This was the perfect touch and an emotional goodbye as it was our last morning. I have recommended this hotel to a lot of people in my family. To anyone reading my review this is a prime location and to make it more amazing you hear the adhaan and the live prayer. Thank you guys, and I can't wait to come back!!
