Very friendly and helpful staff , good location for the taxi to find you and this hotel have a 24/7 private buses shuttle straight to masjed alaharam but it wasn’t in Ramadan , very comfortable room and amenities, we was very satisfied and happy we enjoyed staying in Al Rawhanya Hotel highly recommended Insha’Allah we will come back again to this country and to this hotel Ameen thouma Ameen

The hotel is fairly new with spacious rooms perfect for a couple. The beds are comfortable, and the washroom is clean. However, the central AC takes a while to cool the room, which can be frustrating when coming in from the heat. The staff is very cooperative, but most don't speak English, so translation is needed. The shuttle service is useful, though you might have to wait 20-30 minutes (I waited 45 minutes twice).Despite these minor issues, I had a good experience overall and would stay here again. Nearby, there are restaurants, grocery shops, laundry services, and mosques within a 5-10 minute walk.
