The hotel is simple and clean. The rooms are well-kept and comfortable. I also loved the hotel's fragrance—it made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The staff is good and friendly. The location is great, with easy access to and from the Haram, making it perfect for a hassle-free stay.

Value for money, went during Ramadan and prices were brilliant.Fast Check In as well, as I was allowed to check in 1-2 hours ahead of my Check In Time.

The location of the hotel is good. The hotel has 24 hours shuttle bus service. The hotels staffs were very cooperative. The hotel staff arranged a affordable fixed rate taxi for me to Jeddah airport. The cleanliness of hotel was good.

Location was very good and free makkah bus station was just outside the hotel. Although hotel has its own bus service too.

It was not the first time for me at Lamar Ajyad, very good hotel to stay during Umrrah , clean , helpful staff , good room quality furniture and facilities Hotel site is partially far from Haram but they have regular bus trips from hotel to Haram and back all the day , and it is not far from train station and away from traffic crowed beside Haram There is supermarket and small restaurant below the hotel which make it easy for buy food and drinks Public car parking beside the hotel make it easy for travelling with your car

For the price range, the room size and facilities are better than many hotels near Masjid Al Haram. Though it is not at walking distance from Haram, their 24x7 bus shuttle service compensates the distance.
