This hotel is close to haram… very neat n clean and above all … their staff is so far the most friendliest I have seen in Makkah … especially Tufail Ahmed , Ali shahid and zahid Ali… very good value for money … the room size is good and clean ..

Initially bathrooms drain was partially blocked. After informing staff Tufail and Tariq, they took prompt action and rectify the fault. Basically good management makes it comfortable.

Hotel is neatly maintained, affordable, have free and Good parking. Easily reachable to Haram Sharief. Restaurants, Markets and Baqalas are easily accessible. Very Good, Polite and On-time service by staff members especially by Mr. Mehdi Hassan.

The location and price were really good specially in Ramadan. Max 15 mins walk to Haram. Staff was really good specially supervisor Tarek Ahmed and Mehdi Hassan.
