Breakfast The breakfast at this hotel was truly impressive. They offered a wide variety of international and local cuisine that could satisfy the palate of all guests. Hot and cold dishes were available in abundance, with live cooking stations preparing eggs and fresh bread to your preference. I particularly enjoyed the traditional Arabic dishes such as hummus, falafel, and various fresh flatbreads. There was also an extensive selection of fresh fruits, juices, and pastries. The quality of the food was very high and always fresh, making it a perfect start to a busy day of worship. Environment The hotel environment was very calming and comfortable, providing a perfect place to rest after intensive worship activities. The hotel lobby was adorned with beautiful Islamic architecture and luxurious furniture, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The common areas were always clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with a smile, making our stay more pleasant. The rooms were also well-designed, offering adequate space and modern amenities. The overall ambiance of the hotel emphasized tranquility and comfort, which is essential during a spiritual journey like Umrah.

My stay at Marriott Jabal Omar Makkah was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of hospitality that truly reflected the spirit of Makkah. The location is unbeatable — just a few minutes’ easy walk to Masjid al-Haram, making it incredibly convenient for prayers, especially Fajr and Isha. Being so close to the Haram allowed me to fully immerse myself in worship without worrying about transportation or long walks. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished, offering a peaceful sanctuary after the emotional experiences of Umrah. My room had a stunning partial view of the Haram, which made every moment even more special — waking up to the sight of the Holy Mosque is something I will never forget. The staff were outstanding: courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Every request was handled with kindness and speed, and I felt sincerely cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast and buffet was amazing — a wide selection of international and traditional dishes, all fresh and delicious. Another highlight was the peaceful ambiance inside the hotel. Despite being so close to the center of Makkah’s busy life, the Marriott offers a quiet, spiritual environment where you can reflect, rest, and maintain your focus on worship. Insha'Allah, if Allah grants me another opportunity to visit His sacred house, Marriott Jabal Omar will be my first choice again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, proximity to the Haram, and a truly blessed atmosphere for their pilgrimage. Amazing facilities, very clean and most importantly exceptional service, especially from reception staff (fatima, afrah and hussam), they made me feel very welcome and made sure I had a great stay. P.s the breakfast was great. All in all it was a an amazing experience and will definitely choose this hotel if Im ever in the city again.

Perfect location. Very clean. Free bus service from hotel although walking is not far at all, probably saves 3/4 minutes. They also have buggy service. On Eid day, they had free desserts and coffee around reception area. You can hear the salah prayer and azan from within the rooms with adjustable volume. Hotel Masjid is very nice and spacious.

Amazing. Stay at Marriott Jabal Omar Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and even received a complimentary suite upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The food was also exceptional — delicious and well-prepared. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Al-Haram, and they offer 24-hour transportation options, including a golf cart and bus, which made it even more convenient. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff working there for their outstanding service and hospitality. You truly made our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very nice hotel but location is a bit far for an old person. We were not informed by the reception desk at arrival about the shuttle bus service and therefore after we finished our umrah on the first night of our arrival we had to drag our feet to get the hotel. Had we been informed that there was shuttle service that would have saved us a lot less of fatigue and hard work
