A bit far away from Umra gate of Haram. But excellent shuttle service working continuously 24/7. Food options are very limited. Hotel facilities are up to the mark. Neat & clean rooms, staff response is excellent

Overall experience was very good but once you need anything at room and you call on reception then no one answered the call.. so you must have to visit for reception for anything you need.

We enjoyed our stay . The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect , shuttle available 25 hours . The coffee corner was à great plus ( special thanks to the Saudi guy there ) Cons : window is not openable . Curtain not very clean .

Very good location. Shuttle service is excellent to haram take only 5 minutes. Rooms are big, and the staff are very polite. I will come back.

Yes hotel in good place.I enjoy my time there. Restaurant is good food is very good morning breakfast also very good and staff of Restaurant also good people's 👍 especially Gad Fatni nice person he deals with peoples very respectably. So thanks for all with deep my heart respect. Shaikh hamid
