The fine print
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. During the month of Ramadan, bed and breakfast reservations will include Ramadan Sahour meal (instead of normal breakfast), and half board packages reservations will include Ramadan Iftar and Sohour. Iftar price will be SR 280 per person per meal.Parking Prince SR 150 per day, VAT 15% apply.

Lovely hotel and suite. The Iftar buffet was very crowded and no separate area for women or families to sit and eat. Not an easy walk to the haram as uphill but hotel provides a bus no shops close by. Beautiful hotel and lobby. Cafe in lobby does great cakes and drinks. We are use to staying very close to the haram this hotel is a little set back. Other than that beds are very comfortable and view from room amazing.

It’s was the only reasonably priced hotel which accommodates 4 at the time of booking, a month before my travel for stay during Eid period. The good, dining staff were awesome, attentive, always asking for anything else they can help. Despite the busy period, table turnover during breakfast was fast. Housekeeping could be better, and the extra bed provided was below expected hotel standards, I could feel the springs. Locations is 700m away from Masjidil Haram, bus shuttle is provided.

The staff at the entrance of the hotel strike deals with taxis to extort guests. When we checked out, we wanted to take a green cap instead, they insisted we must take another car that they’ve spoken to the driver which was expensive. When we refused, they also refused to open the entrance for the taxi and also refused to take our luggage down. We had to push our luggages ourselves

All is well and to good standards, staff are welcoming and friendly. Food was exceptional. I would suggest the following, An escalator to get you to the haram from the hotel or golf carts as it is difficult for elderly people to go all the way up then down a steep road to Haram.

Breakfast was very good but the restaurant staff was not there to help which should be improved. Moreover, the facilities in the room were limited like there was no slippers in the washroom and room.

Spacious, clean rooms with stunning Masjid Al-Haram views, allowing you to pray from your room. The staff are kind, humble, and well-trained, ensuring top-notch service. Just a 6-minute walk to Haram, with a shuttle every 15 minutes for added convenience. The entrance and lobby are beautifully designed, with cozy coffee shops enhancing the ambiance. My best stay in Makkah ever—I would book again without hesitation. Highly recommended!
