Hotel is very well located 12 minute walk to the haram. Staff are helpful and friendly. Big thanks to night receptionnist. Safe and secure. Good breakfast.

The service was excellent..the receptionist is so welcoming and the staff are so friendly and helpful. internet wifi is one of the best iv had since i been several hotels before but ther internet wasnt strong enough. the location is good a 15 minutes walk to the haram shareef. really good hotel..would like to stay again In'shaa'Allah.

Every thing was upto mark the staff the room wash room And mostly the staff how the take care of the guests. I got call from hotel every day in my room if i needed anything. Its was nice experience

Location: The hotel was adjacent to Masjid Al Haram allowing easily commuting for Umrah. The overall hotel rooms were very clean with great bathrooms.
