Hotel will require a pre-authorization letter from the credit card holder enabling the hotel to charge the full payment non refundable for the entire stay. It is definitely the best property to stay if you’re at Makkah. Everything about this proper is excellent from the rooms to the staff, the food, the housekeeping in room dining, the check-in process and even the checkout. Extremely hospitable and courteous staff and a special mention for Mr Asad from housekeeping department who belongs to Karachi, Pakistan. I was highly impressed by the level of his service and dedication. Looking forward to visiting this property again, Inshallah

The location is direct to the Haram and not crowded. Breakfast is pay by day. Staff very helpful.
