A good hotel with some fine facilities. Close to the Haram and Rahjhi Mosque. Very friendly staff.

From the moment of arrival, the Copthorne Hotel impressed with its exquisite style and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by traditional Saudi hospitality of kahwa and dates in the aromatic hallways. While the rooms are pleasant despite compact bathrooms, it's the room service staff, especially Hamid, who truly elevate the experience with their exceptional warmth and professionalism – their genuine friendliness truly exemplifies the joy of hospitality. Highly recommended for both business travelers and those performing Umrah.

Location, although it's not near Haram but there are taxis and shuttle service. Good location for someone coming on a short trip for only Umrah purpose. Parking available. Quite hotel with good number of elevators. Food was okay with available options.

The power was already activated in the room to prepare the A/C & heating. Breakfast was good with wide variety. Complimentary water was provided in larger size compared to other hotels. The bathroom was super clean.

The reception, restaurant, housekeeping staff were all amazing , very helpful, especially Mr Azamara who upgraded my room, : very patient; thank you Mr Azaam, thank you Aqsa , who made us the henna , she made our day especially for my daughter and Shafie And especially thanks to the food and beverage who gave me from his time although he was very busy . Thank you all the staff of the copthorne you made our trip ❤️❤️❤️
