We booked for a family holiday, when we booked thew ur site it says breakfast included, when we checked in they say no only for two people breakfast is included they asked for more money for breakfast, hotel was lovely staff was awful at reception, and wanted more money for breakfast’s which was a con, I didn’t pay the extra as kids had to eat out as it worked out cheaper

It’s so convenient compared to clock tower, gate 74 takes you straight upstairs for women area which is great, no waiting around for the elevator, reception staff were lovely also food is readily available with minimal waiting times. Amazing breakfast

Perfect location across from the haram and plenty of shops in the souks linked to the hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good and housekeeping excellent.
