Location was near Haram. Hotel was clean & management was cooperative as well. Hassle free chkin and chkout. Located on ajyad street which was less crowded.

I like the location,the ambience of the lobby, and the room. There's a need to work on the restriction of food from the restaurant into the room. Some customers do not find it easy coming for breakfast before 10 a.m.,they rely on their roommate,spouse, or parent to bring food. The supervisor was rude on the first occasion. I was supposed to get a room with 3 double beds, but I got 2 double and 1 single bed for three adults. The room appeared cramped.

Pros: Staff were very friendly. Cons: worst noise isolation in an hotel room ever. The noise from the bus station was so loud that you literally can hear what they are saying

Perfect location within easy walking distance of Haram. Clean facilities. Room rate is good but cost for including meals in hotel is overpriced. However there are many food options nearby and would highly recommend staying here regardless.

Near to haram around 10 to 15 mintues walk. Very amazing lobby, rooms were spacious with comfy beds. We had junior suite and came with 2 bathrooms!! Amazing choice of suhoor items. Stayed for 3 nights from 7th to 10th March so was not expensive at around 1000dh per night during ramadan. Staff were helpful. Miss Ishraq and Mr Khalid omran gave easy check in and check out and good service. Elevators were fast and not crowded. I must say I am impressed by this hotel.
