Cleaning staff was good - the rooms were cleaned on timely basis. They provided towel and water bottles as many times as we asked. Lifts were good, and we never needed to wait long for lifts. The distance to Haram Shareef is far, like 10-12 mins walk. not suitable for older members in family. Overall it was great to stay here given we had no other options in the peak visit times when other hotels were not available.

I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful stay I had at your property. The accommodation was enjoyable, and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The hotel stands out for its prime location, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed El-Fakharany for his exceptional welcome and Ms. Maram from the reception for her professionalism and kindness.
