The layout is great with easy access to the car park. If you don’t want to mix with the local customers in the bar and restaurant, you have a separate way to go out.

Bijou, nicely decorated room with all basic facilities. Great for a short stay. Good carpark. Breakfast bar for continental breakfast. Pub Restaurant if required. On a busy road but as rooms are at the back you do not hear it

The bar area and restaurant were warm and inviting and food was good. The bar staff were friendly and helpful.

The Tavern was a very nice find,staff were very friendly and we were impressed with our room,tea/coffee facilities and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch.We had our evening meal in the pub and once again staff were friendly and the food was really nice.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are upstairs from the pub, but there is secured access and the pub is homely and generally quietens down by 2230. The room was light and spacious. Plenty of pillows and own bathroom. Free self service breakfast (fruit cereal) outside room which I hadn't expected.
