Lest start with a WOW ! This place has been finished to a very high standard. Every room is beautifully presented & feels as good, if not better than even your own home. All the little touches most don't think of has been carefully crafted here, the extras made it feel so special, comfortable & well equipped. We had a girlie holiday here (5 old friends) & could not have asked for more. We did not find one thing missing, we cooked a full Sunday lunch (many, many dishes & pans needed) & didn't miss out one item, its all there at hand. The bed linen is luxury grade, the beds really comfortable, sofas squishy, lovely wood burner & the kitchen was perfect, having a sofa & stools to encourage everyone to group together & chat whilst food prep was happening or the odd drink .... !! Bathroom very special & to top it off the buildings beauty shone in every room & of course outside. Excellent taste in decoration & space to park two cars in a gated garden. An easy walk into Matlock through a pretty park to yummy places to eat, spoilt for choice. Just perfect. To top it off Emma the host was really receptive & helpful, however never intrusive just there if you needed to ask a question.

Fantastic location. Absolutely stunning cottage. Lovely welcome pack. Lots of little touches in the cottage that made it feel homely but luxurious at the same time. Just perfect. Would highly recommend.
