Riads Overview

Located in Bab Doukkala in the Marrakech medina, Riad Dar Balthazar is an elegant riad with personal service. It is a 5-minute walk from the souks and Jemaâ El Fna Square.

When you walk around the narrow streets in Marrakesh, you don't imagine these beautiful hidden gems are there... a lovely and well decorated Riad, quiet and peaceful. The breakfast at the rooftop was very nice, enjoying the sunrise and tranquility at this time of the day. The room had a very good size, also beautifully decorated and with a balcony. Also the location was perfect, not far from the city centre, but also with nice streets close by, full of local shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Excellent location on the edge of the Medina. Adil was incredibly helpful, gave great tips for the city, it felt like he really cared about his guests’ trip. Beautifully decorated room. Lovely rooftop and great breakfast. We loved our first Road experience

The staff at the Riad are very welcoming and attentive, in particular Adil and Hamzar. They organised our airport transfer to and from the Riad which I would recommend future guests avail of this service. The Riad itself is in a perfect location, a safe area and walking distance to a lot of the main tourist attractions. Our room was clean and exactly how it looks online. I would recommend Riad dar Balthazar to anyone looking to experience a Riad in Marrakech, great value for money.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Jamaa el Fna and other major attractions. The Riad offers a cozy atmosphere, and the rooftop is a great spot to relax and enjoy meals

The staff were all attentive, politeand professional at all times. Breakfast was well presented and varied on each of the days of our stay. We chose to have a evening meal which again was varied each evening and traditional Moroccan. The room was as advertised, spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful time. 😊
