The location of the hotel was perfect! You are very close to the back square but you haven't got the noice of the square. The room was very big. The staff was sooooo friendly, they do everything to make you feel at home.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of Medina, near restaurants and bars - the hotel is situated right behind the restaurant Caffe de France and you don’t have to wander at night on tight and empty streets, so the location is very safe, especially for women. The hotel has a great yard where you can sit and relax and the room I had was big and clean. The staff is great, especially Khaled from the reception who was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Wissam, it truely made our trip to Marrakech amazing. We have been to 5+ properties in Morocco so far and this one was by far our favourite. Amazing location, 2 min walk to the main square, amazing restaurants right outside, super safe. Beautiful pink architecture and design - so happy to wake up here everyday. Spend evenings drinking tea with the nicest staff. Absolutely would stay again and highly recommend this place!!!

This was truly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The hôtel Wissam staff were fantastic very friendly and happy to help out with any request we had. We were made to feel so welcome, like family, and would definitely stay here again. Khalid and moubarak were fantastic. The hotel was extremely clean. Would definitely return here

Riad Wissam is one of the best places I have ever stayed. My husband and I came to Morocco on a last minute trip, and the staff was so accommodating,. When we arrived, they spent a few minutes explaining the small nuances of the city, The rooms were clean, nice but the hotel itself was very cute and quaint. Location was 1 min walk to the main square with all the shops and restaurants. When we were leaving to visit another city they called a taxi for us , Then again, on our way home they graciously let us keep our luggage in reception for safe keeping while we finished exploring the city before catching our night flight. The small details is what made this a great stay, and we felt very welcomed. Overall, loved the experience here and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay.

The Riad Wissam is superbly located being less than two minutes walk to the Souk and Jemaa el-Fnaa square. I travelled with a large family group including young children (youngest aged 6). All of the staff from Mokhtar (manager) down were superb. They were welcoming, attentive, caring and patient with the children. I had a standard room, each beautifully decorated and in a very good condition. Breakfast was correct. They even helped with an emergency taxi transfer to Essaouira when my plans fell through. I can not recommend this Riad enough and would happily return on another occasion
