Facilities are great, if you have jet lag this place is open almost 24 hours a day! Gym is nice, swimming pool is nice, the casino is nice and the quality of the restaurants in City of dream is good enough for every type of guest.

Best days to start the new year! We had an amazing experience during our recent stay at Hyatt Regency. My family loved the amenities, the good choice of foods and the exceptional service of staff. Check-in and out were hassle free. If given a chance I will definitely stay again here before going back to work.

We loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly and the facilities available were wonderful. The room was clean, and the attached mall and plentiful eating options were a bonus. Furthermore, during our stay, we forgot our earbuds in the room before departing. The staff was extremely helpful in locating and returning the same.

The hotel also has great facilities like a fitness center, pool, and spa, making it perfect for both business and leisure stays. It's conveniently located in the City of Dreams complex, so entertainment is just a stone's throw away, and it's close to the airport too. Overall, it's a luxurious and comfy place to stay, with high standards and great attention to detail.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. A special mention goes to Ate Rose, who provided exceptional service and made us feel so well taken care of during our stay. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth truly stood out, leaving a lasting impression on us. We also want to commend Sir Brian at the reception area for his efficiency and professionalism in processing everything seamlessly. From check-in to check-out, he ensured everything went smoothly, making our experience stress-free. The combination of impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a dedicated team made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will undoubtedly return for another visit in the future!
