we stayed at bale mandala for our last 5 days in indonesia and had many other properties before, but this villa was our absolute favorite and the perfect ending of our journey! the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. they helped us with everything we asked for. we always were looking forward to sleep because we couldn’t wait for the awesome breakfast in the morning!! we were a group of 6 people and every single person was more than satisfied with the rooms, pool and the outside area!

We had a nine night stay here at villa 3. Beautifully designed villa that has a luxurious feel. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished with great towels and toiletries. The facilities were brilliant with a fully functioning kitchen and utensils should you wish to cook. A big container of drinking water was replaced when needed. There is an aircon tv lounge with Netflix available if you need a break from the heat. WiFi throughout the property. Pool was fabulous cleaned twice a day and comfortable lounges with nice pool towels in the room. A safety deposit box is available in each room. Housekeeping available daily but we chose to have them every second day. They can arrange a 24 laundry service at RP30k per kilo. A taxi to Sengigi was about RP22k each way (suggest using the Bluebird App if you’re not familiar) where there’s plenty of shops and restaurants. We had breakfast included and it was fabulous. A choice of dishes and fruit juices to choose from and a fruit platter to complete it. Served in the villa at a time of your choice between 0700/1000. The staff were very attentive and could not do enough for you. Uni was the manager present and would be available via WhatsApp for any questions or issues and again went out of her way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. She was a star - thank you.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Customer service was thoughtful and made the stay really great especially as I was on holiday with my mother and children. Would highly recommend to others. Villa was very large, spacious and well equipped.

The breakfast was tasty and convenient. Uni and her team were always on hand and very helpful. We even booked a day trip through the villa. The beds are extra big and comfy and the private pool is large and a relaxing place to lounge by. Although it is not walking distance to restaurants and shops, we had no problem ordering taxis which barely cost anything and came within a few minutes.
