The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They shared many excellent recommendations and were generally personable and enjoyable to talk to. As I was traveling alone, and was not expecting to spend the weekend in Manchester, it was really helpful to be able to turn to the staff for recommendations for food, things to do, or just information about the city. They were also just pleasant whenever I struck up a chat. Really great people, everyone. The breakfast was also quite good, and the location was excellent for going out and exploring the city.

The location is great, the rooms are cozy and clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. We were even given some treats to celebrate my wife's graduation!

Staff were very friendly. The room was beautiful and restaurant area is warm and welcoming. Lots of choice for breakfast and the breakfast muffin tasted great! Great location for shopping and food.
