really liked this hotel - my usual place is the edwardian round the corner but i had booked the daughter in here for a Ball she was going to nearby and then me and my wife ended up with another room and had a night out. This is likely my new favourite hotel in Manchester. Really clean and fabulous modern, spacious rooms with nice clean and well functioning bathrooms. Check-in staff were attentive and helpful - bar staff just the same - lovely team. it was even a reasonably priced bar! - really enjoyed our stay and will return.

My husband and myself loved this hotel, this was the first time we had stayed and everything was amazing especially the meals we ordered from the bar and grill. We booked through booking.com to visit before Christmas but both of us were sick along with our kids, booking.com were no help and we were going to lose our mi yea of nearly £400 however I called the hotel asking if we could change the dates and a wonderful lady called Shannon was an amazing help and she allowed us to change the dates. Even though the room was £230 cheaper as it was then January it meant we could speak the money saved in the hotel at the bar and in their restaurant. The location was perfect for us and the room was really comfortable, cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Club room was great, comfortable and spacious, lovely seating area separate from sleeping area. 2 TVs and a very contemporary bathroom with massive shower.

Location was excellent and easy to get to. less than 5 minutes walk to St. Peters Square, where tram access brings you to many places including the airport. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Great flavor, well cooked and hot, they also had a cold buffet with the usual cereals pastries etc that was self serve. Room was lovely and clean with a great shower and the tv choice was super which included Sky Sports, a first in any of the hotels that we stayed in.
