Absolutely LOVED my stay here. Not a bad thing to say about this hotel, by far the best hotel in manchester city I have stayed at. Perfect location, room was insane, kitchen, living room and a stunning bedroom with a great view over canal street. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely staff and place. The noise from Canal St below is hard work though. Earplugs were provided which was a nice gesture but expect loud music until 2am outside (even on a Wednesday!).

It was well located. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the shower was great! Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.

Little touches made it more special (personal, hand-drawn birthday card and balloons in our room!); quality toiletries; excellent shower; well-equipped room and kitchen; ability to open the windows; spacious and light room. The best accommodation of this kind I've encountered.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located between train station and right in the centre. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Room spotlessly clean and well equipped. Gorgeous toiletries provided. Comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing shower. Tasty coffee and cocktails, too, if you don't want to venture too far. There are so many good places to eat nearby. Rooms have an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Our room had a great kitchenette with dishwasher and washing machine too. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Manchester again. Hands down one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in.

It's a great place for a short stay, or a business stay. The rooms are so spacious and have everything you need for a short or long stay. The amenities are thoughtful and a nice touch. The rooms are super clean, comfortable and for being right in the town centre...quiet!

I really liked the little touches (eg. quality teas & snacks in the room), which showed their thoughtfulness. They also generously upgraded me - and the split level apartment was lush.

Room was pleasant and well appointed. Location is great, close to the main station and within easy walking distance to most of central Manchester's attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was fine and served in nice room overlooking the canal.

Everything was excellent, the location, the staff, the room, and an absolute bargain for what you get. One of the nicest places I've stayed across all of England, with more amenities in the room than some places I've stayed in for triple the price.

We liked the modern feel n style, the room was homely with extra touches of lamps. Books, ornaments and a kitchen. It was very clean with soaps n lotion, nice shower n lovely duvet n pillows, very comfortable. We liked the tv opposite the bed too so we could watch tv in bed. They also add little extras like washing powder n dishwashing items if required in your room with sweets n drinks n milk n coffee in your room too. There was an iron n ironing board if needed. Overall a fabulous stay,home from home feel.
