This isn't just your average hotel! Staff were lovely and welcoming when we checked in. Bed was massive with plenty of space and really cosy. TV offers a variety from Sky Sports to movies when you want to settle down for the night. The bathroom facilities are kitted out to the max with both shower and bath included! And room service are fast. Expensive, but worth it for the experience! Overall, I would definitely be back again in the future and would certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the experience.

Dakota hotel felt warm and cosy as soon as you come in and the staff are very welcoming! The room was perfect! Very warm and felt like home, the bed was really comfortable and felt very clean.

Hotel great, a little pricey for a couple spending 2 days for 2 people just under £1000. We were stuck due to snow. We could have gone abroad for the price. I'm afraid Dakota your a little bit expensive for the venue you offer. I travel a lot & have had far better for half that price. Will I stay again? Probably not due to the price.

The staff were so welcoming and from the moment that you step into the hotel lobby it feels very welcoming. Beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds and excellent large rain showers in the bathrooms. The bar area was very cosy and a lovely venue to sit and have a drink with friends.

The rooms are very well laid out, nice touches of throws and cushions. Absolutely immaculate. I absolutely love this hotel and as a very seasoned global traveller this is one of the very best. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone of my colleagues, friends or families. Quite exceptional.
