The customer service at the front desk. The phenomenal breakfast. The comfy bed and wonderful shower. They let us check in an hour early which was really appreciated as we had been up since 2am for a flight at 4.30am!

Hotel is perfectly located . Do not be fooled by the exterior , the rooms are comfortable . The food is even more exceptional . You don’t wait for service like other hotels .
