Reception staff were excellent letting me check in early. Rooms were very comfortable and had everything you need, including a steamer for any creased clothing.

Superb location for the city, within the train station complex and 10 minutes by train to Malaga airport. We decided to visit Malaga, so book our car return a day early at the airport then came here for the night, on the 10 minute train ride. What a great, easy way to visit the city. Will definitely do that again, and will stay here again. Room, comfort, facilities and staff were all amazing. Highly recommend.

Location from airport is great. 10mins to walk into old town. Loved the slide from 1st floor to Ground floor. Great fun. All ages were trying it.

Overall, my stay at Barcelo Malaga was good however, on the last 2 days of my stay, I was woken up by lots of noise and disruption from maintenance being carried out in the hotel close to my room. Noise included drilling, banging, cutting and raised voices from the workmen. This work continued throughout both days.
