Hotel was nice and new, room and bathroom were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was a bit of a walk to the main area, so not smack in the middle of everything, but it was an easy walk. Overall it was a nice stay.

The bed is very comfortable. The room is spacious. Bath room is spacious. Sufficient space on the toilet sink counter top, easy to place our toiletry stuff.

All the service staff were very courteous and polite. They greeted us whenever they saw us. Didn't just walk pass like some other hotels we encountered.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, accommodating my request for a connecting room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was also spotless, with all essential amenities provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and liquid bath. I appreciated the management's respect for our privacy, honouring my request not to be disturbed.

Right smack in the city where you can access to most places with just a short drive. Ample of parking space. Pool was not huge but it was alright, kids had fun nonetheless. Breakfast was top notch with lovely local touch, refilling was very quick too. Receptionist, housekeeping staff, pool staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and nice.
