Very central location. Parking opposite was secure and excellent for central Madrid. Staff really helpful, called taxi and map provided. Would definitely stay again.

I really liked everything. My family and I occupied 2 rooms on March 15-18, everything was excellent and matched the description. Clean, cozy, bright, very friendly staff, quickly settled in, the location is excellent. The elevator is good. Thank you, I will recommend it to my friends and I will stop here again with pleasure.

Location was perfect Beds are not comfortable Wifi connection was weak at the last room of the floor Finally i think its not like a 3* hotel it s better version of hostel.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location is very good: the metro station at 5 minutes walking, the bus station at 5 minutes walking, the old area at around 7 minutes walking, Five Guys at 5 minutes walking … Excellent!

The location was very central with access to everything. Finding it was a little tricky because it wasn't what I was expecting (about 10 rooms in total) in being above the shops. The room was basic but clean and comfortable for us and our teen daughter.

Perfect stay. Beautiful and clean rooms in a great location, well equipped. Lovely staff, easy to communicate. We came as a couple but it’s safe for a lone traveller. I hope to visit again.

The location was perfect so we walked everywhere not needing public transport at all. Parking for our car nearby was helpful and secure, although pricey. Bedding clean and shower good too.
