Gardens were beautiful, views from the pool and beach were great. The club lounge was amazing with lots of very good food and staff was very kind.

We’ve been to this hotel 3 times in the span of 16 years. We love the location, the beautiful beach and swimming pools. The view from our room was amazing. This time I had the need to use the medical clinic, the nurses and the doctor helped me greatly. Can’t complain about anything. The staff is great.

My girlfriend and I booked the Shangri-La for our three year anniversary and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from start to finish. The facilities are amazing with lots of things you can do, we rented kayaks which you can use at the private beach alongside jet skis, snorkels etc. The Chi Spa was very relaxing and they were able to accommodate our short notice booking, the spa was very picturesque and it felt like we had the place all to ourselves. Cowrie Cove restaurant was excellent, highly recommend the tuna. Overall can’t recommend it highly enough, worth every penny and made our anniversary feel extra special.

The beach was clean, not too big but plenty of lounge chairs to find a spot. Lifeguards were knowledgable and service was great. Breakfast was outstanding and the amount of food options phenomenal. We required vegan and gluten free food and Chef Rizzi and the entire team at the Tides restaurant went our of their way to prepare food according to our daily wishes! Our room was old but clean and spacious. Unfortunately we were located in the main wing above the main bar and loud music would play until close to 11pm every day. Fresh water was refilled several times a day and I love the fact that the hotel is making an effort to encourage sustainability with towels and sheets. The Chi Spa was excellent and its treatments, the surrounding and the staff a dream. The in resort app made requests and communication super simple.

Such an amazing holiday with my husband and 15months old baby. Everything has exceeded our expectations. Amazing stuffs, amenities, and food. The shangri-la app was so good as you can request anything through their app. Amazing place for kids and will definitely come back again! The service was impeccable.

A wonderful hotel, a beautiful area around the hotel, the beach is very picturesque, the hotel staff is the best in the world, the restaurants are just great, I recommend it to everyone. I am a demanding traveler, it is 10 out of 10 to rest here. In addition Chi Spa is an amazing experience! :)
