Welcoming staff they obviously are very dedicated. Clean , own underground parking. Lovely leisure facilities, pool and jacuzzi

This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The banging was horrendous and my kids kept jumping out of their skin. I asked for a quiet room and it was the absolute opposite. There was a noise, it sounded like a loud fan but with some bass to it that was going all night and I mean all night. I could hear it through my ear plugs and I barely got a wink of sleep, I remember at one point just being away at 4am waiting for it to be morning. I came to relax with my kids and it was not relaxing. I feel more exhausted now than before I went. The window was dodgy and I had to get someone to come shuv it open and it was so heavy it would sometimes close on itself so then I’d have to Shuv it open. Most of the staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Immaculately clean rooms . Really big bedrooms and bathrooms . Really friendly cleaning ladies and the Reception staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice big pool . Would definitely stay again . Was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was .

Friendly staff. Great location. Rooms and corridors seemed tired. Bedroom was poorly lit - big light or bedside light, no inbetween and no light by the two armchairs. The area by the armchairs was incredibly cold. View was poor (but I appreciate not everyone can see the sea.)

Hotel is in a fantastic location. Free parking for guests is a big plus. Great spacious room with Seaview balcony.
